The students start there day by having circle time. In circle time the students will read the morning message, they will also learn about the months of the year,days of the week, seasons and also the weather. Today is a fun day with many activities happening throughout the day. Next, we finished our spelling test.
After the test we were surprised by having one of our community helpers!! We had the fire fighters come to school and they showed the students all of their tools that were on the fire truck. They also explained many different things that they do on the job. The students were free to ask questions.
Moving onto our math, could not complete any math work because we had our Dance party around this time!!! Today the students will get a math work packet to practice more over the weekend.
Moving onto our UOI, today one of our students presented there summative project. He did a great job! (He presented it early because he will be out of school for a couple of weeks.)
Reminders:
Today was a fun day with many activities because of this, the kids were not able to finish there written part of there project. Monday morning they will finish and I will send the paper work home so you can start to practice there presentation.
Thank you to all who had came to see me for the parent conference last night! It was a joy to see all of you. Thank you so much for all of the love and support that I have received being here. My experience here has been very enjoyable.
